Advertising Agency – Reservaline Limited
Last updated: August 16, 2026
Governing Law: English Law / International Jurisdiction
The provision and sale of advertising space within the digital and media ecosystem of Reservaline Limited (operating the booking platform Reservaline.com and the DISCOVERY EDITION TV magazine and journal) are governed by these General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS). Any placement order for advertising space (banners, inserts, sponsorships of reports, or video streams) implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms by the advertiser or its designated agent (the Agency).
1. Scope and Application
Reservaline Limited’s internal advertising agency offers commercial placement of promotional inventory across its digital networks, press publications, and audiovisual broadcasting segments. These conditions establish the financial, technical, and legal framework for any collaborative advertising campaigns.
2. Booking and Order Procedures
- Insertion Order: Every advertising campaign requires a signed insertion order or formal advertising contract validated by the Advertiser. This specifies the space configurations, formats, scheduled start and end dates, and the agreed net or gross pricing structure.
- Inventory Allocation: Space reservations are allocated strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to operational inventory availability across our distribution platforms (including the Discovery Edition streaming streams).
3. Pricing and Payment Terms
- Rate Card: Applicable pricing aligns with the official rate card in force on the date the insertion order is signed. All prices are stated exclusive of taxes (EXW/Net) and will be subject to applicable taxes or VAT under prevailing legislative frameworks.
- Payment Conditions: Unless otherwise provided in a signed commercial agreement, invoices are payable prior to launch or upon receipt via direct bank transfer to Reservaline Limited’s corporate accounts. Late payments will trigger statutory interest charges and penalties in accordance with English commercial law.
4. Technical Deliverables and Asset Submission
- The Advertiser must supply all technical production elements (creative files, graphic banners, visual assets, HTTPS redirection tracking links, or video commercials) in the required format at least five (5) business days prior to the scheduled launch date.
- Reservaline Limited retains the absolute right to reject any creative asset that fails to meet technical compatibility standards, compromises brand safety, or contravenes applicable statutory regulations (including laws concerning deceptive marketing, public decency, or intellectual property infringements).
5. Advertiser Liabilities and Warranties
- The Advertiser explicitly warrants that it owns or has secured all required intellectual property rights, licenses, clearances, and authorizations needed to broadcast the submitted advertising text and media.
- The Advertiser remains solely accountable for the contents of its promotional messages and the underlying goods or services advertised. The Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Reservaline Limited against any third-party claims, legal actions, or regulatory penalties arising from the campaign’s publication.
6. Limitation of Liability
Reservaline Limited commits to using reasonable care and operational skill to fulfill campaign deployment according to schedule. However, its liability will not be engaged in cases of force majeure, third-party infrastructure failures (cloud hosting network outages, major server disruptions), or mandatory broadcast adjustments required by urgent public interest or major journalistic developments.
Geo-Targeting Parameters and Guaranteed Impressions / CPM Performance Metrics
The Advertising Space Sales Terms and Conditions established by Reservaline Limited (UK Company No. 15899390Companies House, registered with the ICO under ZB796619) for campaigns featured across digital networks and the DISCOVERY EDITION TV magazine.
1. Geo-Targeting Parameters
- Deployment Scope: Campaigns may be targeted to specific geographic regions, countries, or metropolitan zones (such as regional audiences in Europe or the UK) based on visitor IP address geolocation data processed via our Privacy Policy compliance framework.
- Geographic Variance: Reservaline Limited does not guarantee absolute 100% accuracy in IP-based geolocation due to technical limitations of VPN usage, mobile network routing, or proxy servers.
- Adjustment Rights: If targetable inventory within a specific geo-zone falls below required volume thresholds during an active flight, Reservaline reserves the right to notify the Advertiser to adjust parameters or broaden the geographic scope.
2. Guaranteed Impressions and CPM Performance Metrics
- Pricing Model (CPM): Campaigns sold on a performance or impressions basis are calculated using Cost-Per-Mille (CPM), representing the cost per one thousand (1,000) verified ad impressions or video stream view starts on Reservaline.com or associated broadcast channels.
- Delivery Guarantee: Reservaline Limited guarantees delivery of the contracted number of impressions within the agreed campaign schedule. In the event of an under-delivery exceeding a 10% deficit not caused by Advertiser delay or force majeure, the remedy shall be limited to a campaign extension or a pro-rata credit note for future ad inventory, at Reservaline’s sole discretion.
- Measurement Standard: Impression tracking and verification metrics are determined exclusively by Reservaline’s internal ad-server logs and technical reporting infrastructure, filtering out identified bot traffic and invalid system clicks.
